Finnfoam is made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) with closed cells that do not absorb water. This ensures the insulation performance is maintained even under demanding conditions. Structures with Finnfoam do not require a separate vapor barrier or wind protection board – several work steps can be completed in a single installation.
