Swisspearl Luja A construction board 12×1200×2550 mm – 3.06 m²

Swisspearl Luja A is a robust and versatile fibre cement board for demanding building applications where high standards are required for fire safety, impact resistance, wear resistance and sound insulation. The board is suitable for both new construction and renovation and can be used in residential buildings, public buildings, warehouses, halls and other demanding environments.

Luja A belongs to fire class A1, the highest class for non-combustible building materials, and has emissions class M1. The fibre cement material has excellent moisture resistance and does not rot or develop mould in the same way as organic board materials. The board also withstands heat and frost, making it suitable for several types of exposed construction.

The board is easy to work with and install and can be used for, for example, interior walls, fire-separating constructions, suspended ceilings and other applications where a durable building board is needed. It can also be used outdoors in sheltered locations, such as beneath eaves and on the inside of waste and refuse shelters. However, Luja A is not intended for use untreated as a board for direct tiling or as a façade board exposed to rain.
