Soudal Flexifoam Gun – elastic 1-component PU foam

Soudal Flexifoam Gun is an elastic, one-component polyurethane foam (PU foam) with high elasticity that adapts to movements in the structure, thereby maintaining its insulating properties over time. The product is M1 classified and is especially suitable for window and door installations as well as other joints where constant sealing is required. It also works at installations down to –10 °C and offers very good air and sound insulation. 

Technical properties:

• Very good sound insulation: up to 63 dB according to standard 

• Thermal conductivity: 0.0345 W/mK 

• Three times more flexible than standard PU foam

• Airtight according to RAL MO-01/1 and DIN 18542 

• M1 classification: low emissions from the material 

• Not suitable as a growth medium for mold 

• Usage: window and door frames, expansion joints, filling joints exposed to vibrations or movements
