PintaPolar FireSmart is a self-adhesive surface coating in rubber-bitumen, intended as a surface coating on multifunctional structures such as balconies and similar. It is designed for glued (not welded) installation — which makes installation easier and more fire-safe thanks to the FireSmart concept without open flame. 

The core consists of a polyester support (approx. 170 g/m²) impregnated with rubber-bitumen, and the top side is covered with a colored grain or gravel layer. The underside has a self-adhesive layer with a protective film that is removed.

 

  • Format: 1 m × 8 m (8 m²) 

  • Thickness: approx. 4 mm 

  • Material: Rubber-bitumen with polyester core 170 g/m² 

  • Classification: TL2 (or equivalent requirements) 

  • Color: Charcoal gray (“hiilenharmaa”) with a granular surface (“sirotepinta”)

  • Brand safety concept: FireSmart – installation without open flame.
