Pure silicone resin facade paint 12.5 liters

NOTE! This product is not available from stock and must be ordered.

Lakka silicone resin paint is a high-quality, water-based exterior paint with a matte finish and excellent weather resistance. The paint offers excellent coverage and effectively repels water while remaining vapor-permeable, allowing moisture to escape from the structure. Its dirt-repellent surface helps keep the façade looking good for a long time.

Lakka silicone resin paint is part of Lakka's system for thin-coat rendering with a two-coat render system. The paint is used as an alternative to silicone resin render K 1.5 when a painted façade is preferred over a textured finish coat. After the façade has been rendered with Lakka Kuitulaasti+ and reinforced with Lakka reinforcing mesh, the surface is primed with Lakka silicone resin primer before the façade paint is applied.

The paint is suitable for concrete, cured rendered surfaces and other mineral façade substrates, as well as certain types of building boards. It is suitable for both new construction and renovation of older façades, and can also be used to repair and refresh surfaces previously treated with silicone resin.

The product is supplied in white but can be tinted to various colors. It can be applied with a brush, roller or paint sprayer.
