Knauf W-Tape is a specially developed wind barrier tape for sealing joints and connections between wind barrier boards. The tape is used to create a tight, continuous wind barrier that prevents air from entering through the board joints and reducing the structure's insulation performance.

W-Tape is particularly well suited to Knauf wind barrier boards and is used when installing wind barriers on exterior walls. The tape has good adhesion and can be used at temperatures down to -18 °C, making it suitable even for construction work in cold conditions.
