Knauf KEK13 extra-hard plasterboard 13 mm – Impact-resistant

Knauf KEK13 is an extra-hard, impact-resistant plasterboard for walls and other structures where greater durability and resistance to mechanical impact are required. The board is particularly suitable for areas subject to heavy use, where standard plasterboard may be damaged by knocks and impacts.

The plasterboard has a denser and harder gypsum core than standard plasterboard. The core is reinforced with glass fibre, and the board has an extra-heavy cardboard facing, providing improved strength and impact resistance.

Knauf KEK13 is suitable for both new construction and renovation, for example in schools, corridors, public buildings and other areas where durable wall surfaces are needed. The board is 12.5 mm thick, weighs approximately 10.2 kg/m² and is classified as M1 for emissions. Available in several sizes.
