Knauf Goldband hand-applied plaster 20 kg – For walls & ceilings

Knauf Goldband is an easy-to-work-with hand-applied gypsum plaster for plastering, leveling, and repairing interior walls and ceilings. It is particularly suitable for renovations and smaller projects and can be used on concrete and masonry substrates, among others. The plaster can also be used to fill cavities and grooves in the substrate.

Goldband can be applied in a layer thickness of 5–50 mm, making it possible to create an even surface that can be painted, wallpapered, or tiled after finishing. On ceilings, the maximum layer thickness is 15 mm, and under tiles the layer must be at least 10 mm thick. The product can also be used in wet areas in standard bathrooms, but not in areas that are continuously wet.

One bag contains 20 kg. The mixing ratio is approximately 11 liters of water per 20 kg of plaster, and the mixed plaster should be applied within approximately 40 minutes. Material consumption is approximately 0.9 kg/m² per mm of layer thickness
