Hilti cartridges for DX 6 Clean-Tec powder-actuated tool

Hilti Clean-Tec cartridges are used together with the DX 6 powder-actuated tool and other powder-actuated fastening tools for fastening in concrete, steel, and sand-lime brick. The cartridges provide the energy needed to drive nails or bolts into the material for direct fastening.

The cartridges are supplied linked in strips, making loading simple and efficient for repetitive installations.

The Clean-Tec technology provides a cleaner combustion, which reduces deposits in the tool and contributes to longer service intervals and less maintenance. The cartridges are also lead-free and developed for stable performance in powder-actuated fastening tools.

The cartridges are available in different power levels depending on the color of the strip:

• Titanium strip – an all-round variant suitable for most fastenings in concrete and steel.

• Black strip – a stronger charge used when higher driving force is required, for example in harder materials.
