Linen Insulation Isolina ISO-L 50 mm 7.93 m² – Ecological Thermal Insulation

Isolina ISO-L 50 mm is an ecological flax insulation developed for diffusion-open constructions in both new builds and renovation projects. The boards have excellent thermal and moisture performance and are an environmentally friendly option for sustainable building.

The flax insulation has a thermal conductivity of 0.038 W/mK (ISO 8301/DIN 52616, WLG 040 DIN 18165). The material is treated with an environmentally friendly fire-retardant that delays ignition. The high heat storage capacity (c = 1600 J/kgK) helps maintain more stable indoor temperatures year-round. Diffusion resistance µ = 1–2 (DIN 52615/DIN 4108-5) and good moisture absorption according to EN-ISO 12571/DIN 52620 make the material especially suitable for moisture-sensitive constructions.

Installation and processing:
The boards are easiest to cut with a special handsaw or an angle grinder with a metal cutting disc. For wall insulation, it is recommended to add about 3–4% extra in height to compensate for settling.

With dimensions of 50 x 565 x 1170 mm, the product is delivered in packages covering 7.93 m².
