Fescon FlowPlan is a cement-based, easy-to-use floor levelling compound for fine filling and levelling concrete floors in residential, public and commercial spaces. With high strength (C30) and excellent flow properties, it is ideal for layer thicknesses between 1–15 mm. The product can be pumped or applied by hand and works excellently over underfloor heating, as well as serving as a substrate for paint, tiles, carpets and bonded floor coverings. FlowPlan is also suitable for polyurethane and epoxy coatings, as well as projects with high requirements for strength and wear resistance
