Ceramic flap disc

The Ceramic Flap Disc is a high-performance flap disc made with ceramic aluminum oxide, providing significantly longer lifespan and superior grinding capacity compared to standard flap discs. It is especially effective for metal, alloys, and stainless steel – even in environments where traditional discs wear out quickly.

The disc is of conical type (type 29), with flaps angled about 10°, providing a larger contact area on both flat and curved surfaces. It is also iron- and sulfate-free (< 1%), making it suitable for sensitive metal surfaces and stainless materials.

Maximum peripheral speed up to 80 m/s.
