Icopal TarraPolar is a high-quality underlay felt made of SBS-modified bitumen with a reinforced polyester core. The product has self-adhesive edges on both long sides, which makes installation quick and provides tight seams. It is intended as an underlay in two-layer systems and can also function as a combined vapor and moisture barrier.

The underlay felt is delivered in the format 1 m × 10 m and has a sanded surface that provides better friction and safer installation. TarraPolar is classified according to TL2 / BH1 / AKK1 and meets industry requirements for professional roofing work in a Nordic climate.
